HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We're glad to have you! Sign up for the next class on our sign up page. Come fifteen minutes before the class starts.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Wear clothing you feel comfortable in. Exercise clothing is great. Footwear is less important as you will be working on the mat and asked to remove your shoes.
IS IT OKAY IF I BRING A FRIEND?
Of course! And if you come by yourself, we try to be very mindful to pair you with someone you feel comfortable with.
CAN I BRING A BOYFRIEND OR MALE RELATIVE TO WATCH?
Female friends and relatives are allowed to watch off the mats in our designated seating areas. To make the class as comfortable as possible to others, the class is closed to all males, except our certified instructors, including close relatives, boyfriends and husbands.
WHAT IF I'M NOT VERY ATHLETIC?
That's okay! This program is designed for women of all sizes, fitness levels, and ages. Bring your friend, your mom, your grandmother, your daughter. The moves are meant to be simple and require little strength or flexibility. And it is perfectly acceptable for you to sit any move out you are not comfortable with.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
We've taught students as young as 12 and as old as 80. Feel free to bring your daughters, your moms, and your grandmas. We can modify moves for any special needs.
